Dundar is a freelance consultant, offering solutions in the arena of Public Safety and Social Compliance.
To define the freelancer, the freelance worker is a self-employed person working in a profession or trade in which full-time employment is also common. The freelancer’s etymology was apparently invented by Sir Walter Scott, the 19th-century poet, to refer to a medieval mercenary, a “free lance,” a knight who was not attached to any particular lord, and could be hired for a given task.
He has competency in ILO Conventions, Labor Law and regulations and UN OCHA and INSARAG procedures. Specific areas interested in Labor law such as: Working hours, contract dismissal, freedom of association, health and safety.

- Establishment of Emergency Management Systems, focused on providing various Corporate Preparedness Planning services that facilitate the development and delivery of comprehensive emergency management services. Using site data and graphics, information is made readily available to corporates, school, hospital, industry and government response officials to aid in making strategic and tactical decisions for real-time incidents such as a chemical release, fire, or workplace incident.
